Indian social networking platform ShareChat on Wednesday said it has obtained HPF films, a video production firm specializing in electronic content. ShareChat currently has over 130 million active consumers, whilst Moj has over 50 million active consumers.
The purchase can assist ShareChat and its own brief video stage Moj to fortify their efforts towards developing a better material ecosystem, setting a more powerful founder fraternity, and bolstering their marketing options for manufacturers, a company statement said.
On the other hand, the firm didn’t disclose the financial details of this trade.
Launched in 2018, HPF films has ideated and generated over 3,500 names across various formats such as web-series, electronic advertisements, short films, and documentaries for over 20 brands such as Meesho, OKCredit, ixigo, along with Ola amongst others.
HPF films – that is profitable since its beginning – has generated video creation and content abilities throughout 12 Indic languages. It now possesses over 100 stations across multiple electronic platforms using a community of over 120 working musicians, the announcement said.
“Since ShareChat proceeds on the competitive growth travel, it’s essential for all of us to spend and build capacities necessary to sustain expansion on a sizable foundation.
HPF’s power on the innovative side may even help ShareChat in producing innovative, high performing marketing options for the manufacturers considering participating with the stage’s crowds, he included.
The 25-member group from HPF Movies has joined ShareChat and is leading towards articles surgeries, electronic advertising, innovative solutions and founder management for the ShareChat and also Moj, ” the announcement said.
“We began HPF films to tackle the rising need for digital movie content. Now, snackable video has surfaced as the favorite content structure on smartphones, also we’ve proven capacities to donate to the ecosystem,” HPF Movies COO and co-founder Navin Lalwani explained.
He included that HPF Films can aid the founders ShareChat and also Moj for much better content production through training and workshops, and fortify the content surgeries and advertising solutions.
